Cynthia White, President
Cynthia is respected as an expert in improving overall customer service, customer experiences, needs research, and service innovation. She has deep experience in innovation, customer experience, customer service, research, and operations for global brands, mid-market companies, governments, and start-ups.
Cynthia created Ceatro Group in 2010 after 14 years of developing practices in customer/people understanding and experience at different firms. She has worked on more than 250 consulting projects globally in the private and public sectors. She has worked in North America, Western Europe, Africa, Asia, South America, Central America and the Middle East and has worked with clients with interests all over the world.
Prior to opening Ceatro Group, Cynthia was a senior principal at PRTM Management Consulting (now part of PwC Advisory,) an operational strategy management consulting firm, where she helped build their Customer Service/Experience practice. She also held the following positions: Director, Global Customer Service + Customer Marketing, Forrester Research; Director, Sales & Marketing, ESAI; Senior Consultant, Creative Good; Fulbright Scholar, Ghana, West Africa.
Cynthia has also had a number of other jobs that often get left off traditional corporate profiles: Founder, Neighborhood Concierge; Painting Teacher, St. Thomas Aquinas Secondary School, Ghana; Intern, Red Cross; Photography Assistant, Holy Cross; Cafeteria Assistant, Holy Cross; Waitress: Taste of Maine, Ground Round, Jameson Tavern, Dunstan School House; Sales Person, Jordan’s Furniture, TCBY, Gap, H2O-to-Go, and Sunglass Outlet of America.
Cynthia earned a bachelors degree in studio art and anthropology from College of the Holy Cross, Worcester, MA. Upon graduation, she was awarded a Fulbright grant to conduct detailed field research in West Africa to explore the global textile markets and their impact on culture and development. She also earned a masters degree in law and diplomacy (MALD) from the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy at Tufts University, focused on public and private sector leadership, negotiation practices, conflict resolution, and business operation in high‐risk markets.
