Cat Fitzgerald, Senior Management Consultant
Cat joined Ceatro in 2023. However at different companies and different clients, she has worked with a most of the Ceatro team since 2002.
She is a UX and customer experience strategist with over 20 years helping companies and organizations make meaningful improvements to both digital and non-digital products to drive measurable impact for both customers and organizations.
Cat has led projects in the U.S., Asia, Australia, Europe, South America, and Russia and conducted thousands of consumer and business interviews and research projects globally. She works across industries – driving insights for industries including financial services, insurance, technology, retail, travel, media, and QSR.Cat is also a moderator at Collaborative Gain, where she facilitates strategic discussions with senior leaders to help them tackle complex challenges.
Outside of work:While Cat is a NYCer at heart, she has an incurable case of wanderlust. If she gets a break between projects, she can always be found with a camera in hand . . . and maybe also surfing in Costa Rica (or Rockaway), picking olives in Italy, or working on her family’s old New England home in Connecticut.
Cat serves on the board of the RETI Center, a nonprofit in Red Hook, Brooklyn, that advances innovative, equitable approaches to climate adaptation in coastal cities. She served as Executive Director and board member of GreenHomeNYC from 2004-2014, furthering local sustainability effots and green professional development.
